CURRENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

• McLaurin School Support | As cold and flu season is on the rise, McLaurin Elementary School is in need of cleaning and disinfectant supplies. The cleaning supplies include Lysol Products, disinfecting wipes and tissue napkins. The drop-off area will be in the church Fellowship Hall, and the deadline to drop off items is Feb. 15th. • NVF KIDS PAJAMA J.A.M | Parents/Guardians! NVF Kids (5-11 year olds|K2-5th graders) can come dressed in their pajamas to learn about friendships God’s way. Kids can join on Wednesday, February 18th with the event starting at 6:30 pm. Registration is requested and you can register here. • Love Out Loud | NVF Outreach Ministry will be hosting a community event at Pittman (Poindexter) Park (825 W Capitol St, Jackson, MS 39203) on Saturday, February 21st from 9 am – 11 am. Volunteers are needed to help set up at the park, pass out food, and distribute care packages. Volunteers will need to be present at 8 am for setup. If any member would like to donate clothing and shoes towards this event, please do so no later than Feb 15th. • The next J.O.Y (Just Older Youth) Luncheon will be held at the church for those 65+ and will be an opportunity to bring your favorite or specialty dish! Come prepared to enjoy a meal, have some good fellowship, and have an encouraging word.The event will be on Tuesday, February 24th at 12 pm at the church. RSVP @ nvfms.org/events
